Obituary of Gail Auckland James (nee Hague)

Of London, passed away peacefully at Parkwood Institute, London, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 2, 2018, in her 76^th year.  Beloved wife of Robert “Bob” James and the late Gordon Auckland (1977).  Dearly loved mother of Cynthia Fedorowski (Michael) of St. Thomas, and Jennifer Ruz (Francisco) of London.  Cherished grandmother of Emily and Abby Fedorowski, and Mateo and Diego Ruz.  Dear sister of Carol Baker (Don) of Lambeth.  Gail is also fondly remembered by her step-son, Robert “Bob” James (Kathy), and their children, Rebekah, Erin, and Matthew of Pennfield, NB, step-sisters, Paula Schummer (Gary) of Burlington, Pam Gathercole (Harry), and Priscilla Dowler Hindley (Vic), all of St.Thomas, as well as several nieces and nephews.  Born in St. Thomas, ON, August 10, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Lenore (née Whaley) Hague, and the step-daughter of the late Audrey (née Badgley) Hague.  Gail was a retired receptionist with the Compass Group Canada, London.  She was a member of White Oaks United Church, London.  Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Tuesday, December 4^th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160) where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 5^th at 11:00 a.m.  Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park.  Memorial donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation re: London Regional Cancer Program or White Oaks United Church will be gratefully acknowledged.
