It is with deep sympathies that I send heartfelt regards. It is so hard to believe that Shirley is gone. When we last met we talked about our childhood as neighbors and our parents' failing health. Please take comfort in knowing that the sadness eventually fades and but the memories persist.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Lori and her family, and Shirley's brothers and sister. It was a privilege to know Shirley. We have shared a few laughs through the years. I have always admired her strength and her will to do things her way. She was so proud of her family. Shirley had a fun sense of humour, but a giving soul. I will miss her a great deal.
