Obituary of Georgina E. Pimlatt (nee Thorogood)

Of St. Thomas, ON, passed away peacefully at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, November 28, 2024, in her 87^th year.  Wife of the late Kenneth A. Pimlatt (2014). Mother of Lee Pimlatt, Cindy Pimlatt, Terry Pimlatt, and the late Lisa Kinahan (John). Grandmother of Corey (Sarah), Bryant, Teviah, and Analise, and great grandmother of Evelyn and Jack. She was the sister of the late Doug Thorogood.

Georgina was born in St. Thomas on April 9, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Frederick William and Winnifred (née Goldspink) Thorogood. Georgina’s passion was researching genealogy.

By invitation, a private visitation and funeral service will be held at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160), followed by cremation. Flowers respectfully declined. If so desired, please consider a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
