Obituary of John McColl

Of St. Thomas, passed away at his residence on Thursday, November 3, 2022, in his 76^th year.  Beloved husband of the late E. Lloy (née Milne) McColl (October 6, 2022). He is survived by his brothers, Brian McColl (Margaret), and Hugh McColl (Wendy), and their families. John is also fondly remembered by Dione “Dee” and Greg Decock and family, Carolyn Phillips and Ron Hoekstra and family, as well as his extended family and friends.

John was born in Alexandria, Scotland, April 12, 1947, and came to Canada in 1972. He was a son of the late John and Alice (née Cannon) McColl. John was a retired tool and die maker. He was an adherent of Knox Presbyterian Church, St. Thomas.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place.  A service to celebrate the lives of Lloy and John will be announced at a later date.  Memorial donations to the charity of one’s choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
