Obituary of Robert F. "Bob" Love

LOVE, Robert F. “Bob”  - Of St. Thomas, passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, June 6, 2021, in his 75^th year.  Husband of the late Marilyn (née McKillop) Love (1988).  Brother of Leslee Shean (late Gord) of Bracebridge, Lori Love of Orillia, and the late Randy Love (Beverly of St. Thomas).  Uncle of Bradley Williams, Justin Shean (Katie), and Ryan Shean (Sara).  Great uncle of Conrad and Avery Williams.  Bob is also remembered by several cousins and friends.  Born in London, ON, October 12, 1946, he was a son of the late Frank and Evelyn (née Goodman) Love.  A private family visitation will be held at the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160), followed by a graveside service at St. Thomas Cemetery, West Avenue.  As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO), attendance numbers will be restricted, and a properly worn mask or face covering is required in the funeral home and at the cemetery.  Memorial donations to Animal Aide will be gratefully acknowledged.  Special thanks to Harry James and Fred Gray for their compassionate care and support shown to Bob.
