Hugh & I served supporting students at Fanshawe College. I will always remember the Apprentice Floor Hockey League we had in B Gym. Hugh was always supportive and his class would get him to join in the play. Always a smile always had time.
RIP. Condolences to the Family and especially Roy.

Hugh was a very kind & gentle man whose company was always very welcome as we got together at the local coffee shop or each week as we got together over many years for our weekly musical experience with the St. Thomas Barbershop Chorus.
Although I’m sad to know he is gone I have many good memories that I cherish!

As the past volunteer coordinator at Valleyview Home, I had the privilege of working alongside Hugh at our coffee shop program. He was a gentleman and always cheerful and smiling. His compassion and his caring spirit was evident in every word and gesture and his kindness was like a warm hug. We are all fortunate that Hugh shared his time with us which in turn improved our quality of life. Rest peacefully Hugh.
