I am so sorry to hear of Heather's passing. Heather was a much valued volunteer at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital since 2016. She was very patient and kind to the patients and visitors providing information and directions. I enjoyed talking with her about our mutual love of books, laughing about those she didn't care for. She will be missed.
