Dear Jim,
We are so sorry to learn of Joanne’s passing. You and your children and grandchildren should know that we loved her as soon as we met her, and saw her as a wonderful addition to our extended family. We were hoping to organize a family reunion this year, and will renew our efforts for next year to be sure that we all have a chance to celebrate Joanne’s life as one of our favourite cousins.

There are no words to express how deeply saddened we are by Joanne’s passing. She was truly one of kind and the best neighbor and friend that anyone could ever have. Joanne was like a second Mother to us and a second Nana to our kids. She definitely has passed her best qualities onto her children and Grandkids.
