I just now received the news about Tim. I got to know Tim through volunteering at University Hospital and always looked forward to chatting with him and sharing baseball stories ...his beloved Blue Jays and my beloved Red Sox..a friendly rivalry between us. I loved his fishing stories as well and enjoyed some fresh pickerel he brought in to share with us. He will be dearly missed. I hope you're wearing your Blue Jay jersey and smiling, Tim. Condolences to his family. Marianne Philbrook

Uncle Tim was very unique. His dry humour was very witty and fast. It was hard to get the first 'dig' before he got his sarcastic remark in. He taught me alot about fishing. He was my Mothers best friend/fishing buddy/card shark etc...
I was never lucky enough to ever get timing/weather to come together when I waz available to go out.
We did go perch fishing in his boat in Barrie when I was like 10 years old and have yearned to go out again with him.
You now have all your fishing buddies together!

I have known Tim for the past 15 years. Talking with him, an hour could easily pass by without noticing. Never short of opinions to share, he was always a great guy and would be willing to help anytime, anywhere. RIP Tim.
