INCE, Sterling C. - Of St. Thomas, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020, in his 88th year. Husband of Doris (née Robinson) Ince. Father of Roger Ince (Banu), Phyllis Lichty (Roger), Martin Ince (Liwen) and Colleen Jacobs (Andrew). Grandfather to; Brina, Shannon, and Daniel Lichty, Adair and Tristan Jacobs, Bethany, Nathan, Hannah and Yilin Ince, and Elliot Ince. Great Grandfather to Shilo. Born in Charlottetown, PEI, August 5, 1932, he was the son of the late Howard and Girlie (née Vail) Ince. He loved music and was creative and humorously idiosyncratic. In keeping with Sterling’s wishes, arrangements are kept to a minimum; cremation and private interment in St. Thomas Cemetery. A public gathering to celebrate Sterling’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
