Obituary of Richard (Rick) "Buster Will" Williams

WILLIAMS, Richard T. (Rick) “Buster Will” - Of St. Thomas, passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 19, 2019, in his 56^th year.  Rick was an employee of Kaslo Bay Artificial Breeders Inc., Port Stanley and a former employee of Consolidated Bathurst, St. Thomas.  He enjoyed fishing.  Born in St. Thomas, ON, May 27, 1963, he was the son of Finley “Sonny” Williams of St. Thomas and the late Jean (née Gardner) Williams (2018).  Father of Nathan Williams, and Kayla Williams (Zack Murphy), and grandfather of Bentley Williams and Kyler Murphy, all of St. Thomas.  Brother of Debra Remus (Dennis), Jim Williams, Kathy Edgar (Robert), all of St. Thomas, and the late Teresa Peterson.  Also remembered by Carol Caudle of St. Thomas, many nieces, nephews and their families, cousins and friends.    Cremation has taken place.  Relatives and friends will be received by the family on Wednesday evening, May 22^nd from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s United Church, 60 West Avenue, St. Thomas.  A service to celebrate Rick’s life will be held at the church on Thursday, May 23^rd at 11:00 a.m., followed by a reception.  Memorial donations to Diabetes Canada will be gratefully acknowledged.  Arrangements entrusted to the SIFTON FUNERAL HOME, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160).
