I never met Erna, but I sang in the men and boys choir with her son Bernie and worked on the AVSS talent show with her daughter, Kathy. Erna must have been a wonderful lady to have brought up these fantastic people. I am glad to have known both of them and surely would have enjoyed meeting Erna, if circumstances worked out. My deepest feelings for all her family and friends. Remember, we will all be together again in Heaven some day !!! Praise God !!!

Dear Kathy and family members!
We were very sad to get that information about Erna.
Although we never got to know Erna personally, apart from some phone calls and Elly‘s stories about their common youth, we feel as if she were one of us!
For me it was always a pleasure to talk to her in, after so many years, perfect German! I think she enjoyed it as well! We will remember her!
