Obituary of Waltraud "Wally" Lare (nee Bohle)

Of St. Thomas, ON, passed away peacefully at Metcalfe Gardens on November 26, 2023, in her 99th year. Wife of the late C. Stewart Lare (1986). Mother of Darryl Lare and the late Gary S. Lare (1997). Sister of the late Margund Ennulat and the late Norbert Bohle. Also remembered by her nieces, Dr. Daniela Ennulat, and Christine Ennulat Wilson, as well as her friends.

Born in Bergneustadt, Germany on April 16, 1925.  She was a member of Faith Church, St. Thomas. Wally was an accomplished seamstress.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Private interment in Elmdale Memorial Park. Memorial donations to the charity of one’s choice will be gratefully acknowledged. Arrangements entrusted to the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington Street, St. Thomas, (519-631-1160)
