Obituary of Lawrence J. "Larry" McInnis

Of St. Thomas, ON, age 84, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Beloved husband of Tammy (née Boughner) McInnis. Dearly loved father of Grant McInnis (Robin), and Megan Horenberg (Matt). Loved stepfather of Vicky Cooper (Ryan), and Chris Tuck (Jen). Larry was proud of his 23 grandchildren.

He was born in London, ON, January 26, 1942. For many years, Larry toured throughout North America with the musical group, Shades & Shadetts. Following his music career, he worked at Hayes Dana-Weatherhead Division, Geerlinks Home Hardware, and Pharmasave, St. Thomas.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Larry’s family will celebrate his life at a later date. If so desired, please consider a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are entrusted to the Sifton Funeral Home, 118 Wellington St., St. Thomas (519-631-1160).
