Dear Family
Eleanor Lyle was a gracious, intelligent, beautiful person. She has created a wonderful legacy in her family, her teaching profession and her involvement in the community she loved. I had the honour of driving Eleanor to a Retired Teachers' dinner last year. She proudly recounted her life on the farm and in the classroom with humour and passion. I enjoyed every minute of our time together.
She was a true matriarch for her family; a wise and caring woman who looked for the best in all situations. May she rest in peace. May memories created with this incredible woman and love comfort your hearts with gentle warmth.
