This is Marg Milligan missing her dear friend Fran. Fran always accepting of her friends never judging. How we can all learn from her. She was always there to help out in every way. We loved Fran and we know she loved us all back. Big hugs to our friend Fran and all the family and friends she leaves behind.

Fran was more than just a neighbour - she was a warm spirit and a constant source of kindness and she will forever be missed.
When I think about Fran there are many memories that flood my mind, my favourite one being the tree that was in her front yard. I am not sure if many know but many years ago she decided to paint the tree in her front yard. If memory serves me correctly, it was painted many different colours, a true sign of her creativity and fun spirit. My friends and I even took prom photos in front of it. Fran was a truly kind and generous person, also allowing us to swim in the pool during the summer months, creating memories of laughter and friendship.
Rest in peace, Fran. You were a treasure to us all and the world is certainly a little dimmer without you in it.

Fran was the light of life at the trailer park at Lakeside. We had so many laughs and a great time together around the fire with her and friends. She loved to play cards day or night. We often smile when we think of Franie and all the great stories she told and the things that happened to her. We were walking up past her trailer one afternoon and heard someone yelling at the top of their lungs. We went to inquire and found Franie was locked in the bathroom in the trailer and could not get out. She had stepped up onto the sink and removed the top vent cap and was trying to push her head through the hole to get some attention. We had to remove the bathroom door to get her out. We laughed together for many weeks after that about poor Franie up sticking her head out the vent at the top of the trailer. There are so many stories to remember and she brought a light to friends and neighbours that shines even to this day in our thoughts and memories.

My grandma was the one person in my life I knew would always be there for me. She showed me unconditional love and support. She always looked out for me and made sure I knew just how much she loved me. She was so hilarious and we always had the best laughs. I am going to miss her laugh and I hope I never forget it. I know that I will never forget her. She was the biggest part of my life. She was always there in the best way and having her gone is a loss that I felt immediately. I don’t know how I’m going to live life without grandma I just know that I will. I love you forever Grammy and I will miss you for always. I hope you knew the true impact you made on my life and how much I loved you. I will always love you. Bye for now.

While organizing our Mothers belongings after she passed, we came across a pad of paper that Mom had written, “and that was the day I lost my voice.” I do not know the context that this was written, but it deeply hurt my heart.
Mom I can only believe that you are chatting in Heaven to anyone who will listen.
I truly miss you, and moreover miss your beautiful voice.

Fran was a cherished friend for fifty wonderful years. We shared many happy memories from our vacations in Florida, our cruise up the California coast, and our great times we shared at our trailers in Lakeside around the campfire. Fran loved her friends and family without judgement and was always there to lend a helping hand. Fran never worried about money or monetary things, as she knew that God would take care of her, and He did. I just know that He is watching over her in heaven now. Thanks for the memories, Fran. Until we meet again.
