Dear family, Please accept our sincere condolences on the recent passing of Sylvia. She was a life long member of Retired Women Teachers of Ontario, St Thomas branch. My husband, Philip Christie, also taught with Sylvia at Summers' Corners Public School and enjoyed many friendly chats and sharing of ideas during their teaching time together. On behalf of RWTO, we have donated to the St. Thomas Elgin Food Bank in Sylvia's honour. She was a kind and gentle lady, and remembered fondly by family and friends.
